Aerial acrobatics & Movement development for kids
Movement development is very important for the development of the nervous system as the two are closely related.
At the age of 5 climbing movements, swinging and somersaults should be basic moves and by the age of 7 more complex balance movements and combination-choreography skills have to be also developed.
All of these skills can be improved beautifully with the help of aerial gymnastics. The aerial hammock, aerial hoop and tissue offer a wide range of opportunities for learning movement patterns.
During my classes the kids learn somersaults, spins, turns and balance. They learn how to make combinations, get creative, hang upside down. They move on the ground as well as on equipment, they get stronger, mobilize and so on!
All these movements help to develop social skills and group cooperation. I recommend it from the age of 5, and there is no limit upwards. 🙂
Aerial sports for adults
Aerial silk, hoop, hammock. I don’t need to introduce the world of aerial sports. In my classes, in addition to learning the tricks, strengthening and stretching are also guaranteed.
Aerial Yoga
The miracle of aerial yoga shows the middle way between the earth and the air.
In the spirit of yoga the class begins with self attention and ends with relaxation. During the class we use the beneficial effects of the hammock to mobilize the body, improve posture, open the hips and chest, and we also use the asanas known from the ground on the hammock.
I like to build up the classes as a flow practice, where you can really keep your focus on yourself through movement and breathing.
Mobility & stretching
As I mentioned for kids, I can tell the same for adults: movement development and the nervous system are strongly related.
With movement we can prevent nervous system problems, we can keep the brain fresh and reduce stress, and last but not least we keep our body healthy and complete.
The point of the class is to remind the body of the movements it has forgotten, to teach the body to use its full range of motion, to strengthen and make it flexible, and to recharge the nervous system.
We work with functional elements, different stretching techniques, yoga asanas and also tools (stick, rubber band, slider, foam roll, small ball… etc.)
