My name is Dorina, meaning ‘The Present of God.’ I like this name because it reminds me that our Life itself is truly a Gift.
I have put lots of effort, capacity, energy into self-knowledge work until I finally started to listen to Myself.
Until I started to recognize the emotional blocks hiding behind the physical symptoms and pain, until I started to notice the real emotions and feelings within me, and what I really want from myself.
In today’s modern, disconnected way of life, it is a hard task to hear our inner voice and connect with ourselves. This relationship, like all, must be nurtured.
Self-knowledge work is not a quick fix, but a process that requires continuous attention, which, however, pays off abundantly along the way.
Physical pain and illness are always rooted in the blockages of the soul.
The path to inner healing leads through the discovery of the soul.
